Expected Behavior
From All Members
- Respect other members regardless of background, experience, or status
- Honesty in interactions, attributions, and disclosures
- Constructive engagement in discussions and feedback
- Privacy consideration for others' personal information
- Patience with newcomers and learning curves
From Artists
- Submit only your own original Works (or with proper rights)
- Disclose AI involvement honestly
- Respect curatorial decisions
- Engage professionally with curators and galleries
- Support fellow artists in the community
From Galleries
- Represent artists ethically
- Respect artist autonomy
- Provide fair platform participation opportunities
- Maintain professional standards in submissions
From Curators
- Curate based on artistic merit, not personal bias
- Provide constructive feedback on rejections
- Maintain confidentiality of submissions until decisions
- Avoid conflicts of interest
- Document decisions for transparency
From Viewers
- Engage with art respectfully
- Report genuine concerns appropriately
- Don't damage physical environments while viewing AR
- Respect artist attribution when sharing
Unacceptable Behavior
The following will not be tolerated:
Harassment
- Personal attacks
- Targeted intimidation
- Unwanted contact after refusal
- Doxing or revealing private information
Discrimination
- Based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, nationality
- In submissions, comments, or any platform interactions
Misrepresentation
- Submitting others' Works as your own
- Falsifying credentials or identity
- Hiding AI involvement
- Fake accounts or impersonation
Manipulation
- Vote brigading or fake engagement
- Coordinated harassment
- Review bombing
- Gaming algorithms or curation systems
Platform Abuse
- Spam in any form
- Account misuse
- Bypass of moderation
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
Reporting
How to Report
- In-app: Tap "Report" on any content or profile
- Email: report@wag.gallery
- Form: wag.gallery/report
- Urgent: urgent@wag.gallery (illegal content, immediate threats)
What to Include
- What happened
- When and where
- Who was involved
- Evidence (screenshots, links)
- Your contact info (we'll keep confidential)
What Happens Next
- Acknowledgment within 24 hours
- Investigation begins immediately
- Outcome communicated within reasonable time
- Reporter privacy protected
Consequences
Violations may result in:
- Warning for minor issues
- Content removal for policy violations
- Submission suspension (30/90 days) for repeated issues
- Account suspension for serious violations
- Permanent ban for severe or repeated serious violations
- Legal action for illegal conduct
We document all enforcement actions for consistency and audit.
Appeals
If you believe an action was taken in error:
- Email appeals@wag.gallery
- Provide your account info and reasoning
- We review within 14 days
- Final decision rests with Editorial Committee
Changes
This Code evolves with our community. Significant changes communicated 30 days in advance.
DMCA Takedown Policy
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content on W/\NG infringes your copyright, submit a notice including:
Required Information
- Identification of copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of infringing material (URL, artwork ID, screenshot)
- Your contact information (name, email, address, phone)
- Statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized
- Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
- Physical or electronic signature
Submission

Response
- Acknowledgment within 24 hours
- Content review and action within 72 hours
- Notice to affected user
Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe in error:
- Submit counter-notice with same required elements
- Include statement that removal was mistake or misidentification
- Consent to jurisdiction of [court]
- We restore content within 10-14 business days unless original claimant files lawsuit
Repeat Infringers
Accounts with repeated valid DMCA strikes face termination per US Copyright Act §512(i).

Gallery Commitments

Termination
Either party may terminate with 30-day notice. Active artist placements continue under direct artist agreement.
